As a Teacher and Life Coach, Janet delights in guiding people as they increase their confidence and discover new capabilities, deepening their connections with the people they love.

Janet is the Mom of two grown daughters, who continue to be her greatest teachers. She believes that children require us to work in the area that may be the hardest — looking in the mirror — and truly seeing ourselves, acknowledging our shortcomings and applauding our successes as we strive to improve everyday.
